• Pay Rate: £16.00 - £20.00
• Work Patterns:
  Full Time & Part Time, days, nights and sleep‑in shifts, 6.5‑12‑hour shifts

• Support a teenage boy living at home in East Grinstead, supporting his day‑to‑day care needs.
• Assist with physiotherapy and speech therapy sessions.
• Encourage independence, provide reassurance, and engage in activities he enjoys.
• Provide night care on a 1:1 basis, ensuring a calm, safe and nurturing environment.
• Work as part of a 2:1 care team on day shifts.

• 3 months of care experience.
• Confidence with medication, personal care, moving and handling.
• Clear communication skills.
• Pet‑friendly.
• Driver’s licence essential for day shifts only.
