Senior Architect​/Associate

About the Role

You will play a key role in the delivery of complex cladding remediation and retrofit projects, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors. The role offers the opportunity to lead projects, mentor team members and contribute to the continued growth of a nationally recognised specialist team.

• Lead and deliver cladding remediation and retrofit projects from concept through to completion
• Provide technical expertise on façade systems, fire safety compliance and building envelope performance
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients and external stakeholders
• Contribute to design reviews, technical reports and regulatory submissions
• Support and mentor Technologists and Technicians within the team
• Ensure projects meet current legislation, guidance and best practice standards

• Qualified Architect with senior-level experience, or Associate-level equivalent
• Strong technical knowledge of façades, cladding systems and building envelopes
• Experience or demonstrable interest in cladding remediation, fire safety or retrofit projects
• Confident project leader with excellent communication and coordination skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive and committed to high-quality, responsible design
