You will be a Group Workout Instructor delivering dynamic classes in a lively, fun environment. Your enthusiasm and ability to motivate people will help members push themselves to achieve their fitness goals safely.

• Enthusiastic about delivering group workouts to large and small classes in a fast‑paced environment, with the charisma to hold a room full of people’s attention.
• Strong people skills, always putting customers’ needs first and building personable, meaningful relationships.
• Exceptional time‑management skills.
• Continuous personal development and up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends.
• Comfortable working with customers of all abilities and at any stage of their fitness journey.
• Team player who helps keep facilities clean, safe and compliant with regulations.

All Group Workout Instructors should hold a qualification suitable for delivering our world‑class Group Workout Programme. If you are motivated and driven, we will support you in achieving this qualification through our continuous learning and development opportunities.
