Quantity Surveyor

A well established main contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team, focusing on high‑end residential and террор heritage projects across Sussex, Surrey and Kent. The business delivers bespoke residential renovations, listed building restorations and specialist heritage works with project values typically ranging inteligentes £250k to £2M.

This is an office‑based role in期 East Grinstead with all live sites located within a 40‑minute radius. The company offers strong progression opportunities and exposure to prestigious, detailed projects where quality is paramount.

• £55,000 to £85,000 per annum depending on experience
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

• Experience as a QS within the construction industry
• Background in heritage, conservation or high‑end residential is advantageous but not essential
• Strong commercial awareness andveen ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying preferred
