• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to engage and retain personal training clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to educate and motivate individuals toward safely achieving fitness goals.
• Ensure organization, appearance, general maintenance and safety of fitness areas.
• Provide accurate information and promote center programs and services.
• Specific Healthtrax fitness training is provided and compliance will be inspected.
• Provide immediate, efficient and friendly customer service in person and over the phone.
• Team player assisting with various center programs and service activities, as needed.

• Our ideal candidate is pursuing or has earned a degree in Exercise Science, Physiology, or a related field, or is working toward a nationally recognized Personal Trainer Certification.
• CPR, First Aid, AED Certified, or willing to complete upon hire.
• Hours and shifts to be determined to best serve members.
• Educational partnership with Post University offering reduced tuition – for you and your immediate household.
