Perform all necessary duties to make a smooth transition into the residence for all new residents/patients and their families;
Maintain the facility census at optimal levels;
Manage intake referrals as well as sending, receiving, and maintaining applications;
Work closely with nursing and social services regarding anticipated discharges and bed availability;
Meet with new residents/patients or their responsible party to sign all necessary admissions paperwork.
