CFS is currently engaged with a client to identify a Staff Accountant for their growing accounting department.

Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant

• The Staff Accountant will perform general ledger journal entries and reconciliations
• The Staff Accountant is responsible for expense reports and credit card statements
• Support the Controller with month-end activities
• The Staff Accountant is responsible for processing invoices, issuing checks, and running through statements

Preferred Qualifications of the Staff Accountant

• Understanding of Accounting principles
• Experience with accounts payable is highly preferred
• Good working knowledge of Excel
