Program Manager; Plant Operations

Our client, Prospance Inc., is seeking a Program Manager to assist in the implementation of QAD ERP and EQMS systems. • Project Management: provide project management services to determine optimal solutions and strategies.
• Development and Customization: develop and customize IT solutions as required.
• Implementation and Integration: integrate new systems or upgrades into the existing infrastructure.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
  
  perform rigorous testing to ensure reliability and performance.
• Training and Support: provide training for client staff and ongoing technical support.

• Facilitate identification and daily tracking of tasks and overall project milestones. Combine waterfall and agile methodologies to create a plan that drives measurable progress every 2–3 weeks. Coordinate tasks and milestones with Operations, IT, and vendor teams.
• Formalize and execute the project communication plan and status reporting. Create a monthly executive readout including overall project status, milestone progress, KPIs, financials, risks, and roadblocks. Support communication plans for business units partnering with Global Communications.
• Leverage manufacturing domain expertise to drive quick actions and decisions aligned with stakeholders such as Operations, Business Partnership/PDM, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber and Data Intelligence.
• Identify and manage dependencies between teams and projects to mitigate risks and streamline processes.
• Oversee the implementation of functional IT systems and solutions as specified, ensuring platforms are designed and configured per requirements, integrations are implemented, and legacy applications are modified as planned.
• Monitor IT resource availability and work with resource managers to reduce risk to project timelines. Support business units with resource management.
• Track all financial activities across the project including planned vs actual, capital vs expense, internal and external spend, hardware, travel, and burn rate.
• Partner with business units and platform vendors to oversee change management activity planning and execution, including user training sessions and training materials.
• Ensure all project artifacts are accurate and maintained throughout the project, including charter, resource plan, risk register, change management plan, communication plan, financials, and key design decisions.
• Finalize the project with a summary report upon completion.
• Create a program management strategy and communications plan to oversee all Operations-related initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic objectives, identifying opportunities to increase collaboration.
