• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop, implement, and evaluate the overall philosophy and mission of the nursing department
• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor and improve patient care outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
• Participate in budgeting and resource allocation for the nursing department
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation and reporting
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices, incorporating this knowledge into nursing practice and education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing leadership or management
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
