Harbor Health is currently hiring an experienced individual to develop and maintain relationships with the local hospitals, physicians and the community to drive resident referrals. • Grow new relationships to ensure referral opportunities in hospitals and other sources
• Convert referrals to new residents
• Performs follow-up on all inquiries who have not yet converted to admissions
• Conducts admissions counseling and tours with potential families
• Coordinate new admissions with the facility team
• Ensure the resident room is clean and prepared appropriately before arrival
• Ensures proper completion, signing and distribution of paperwork
• Performs other duties as required

• High school degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in long-term care or marketing preferred
• Billingual preferred

• Highly responsible individual capable working independently
• Ability to work proficiently in a fast- paced healthcare environment
• Strong customer service approach and sales-oriented personality
