Call Center Representative

Overview

Soni is partnered with a leading pharmaceutical marketing and inside sales organization to hire an Inside Sales / Call Center Representative
. This fully remote role focuses on conducting outbound calling campaigns, engaging healthcare professionals, and supporting branded pharmaceutical messaging. The ideal candidate is articulate, confident on the phone, comfortable with high-volume outreach, and able to learn clinical information quickly. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with an ASAP start.

• Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and medical offices
• Deliver approved, brand-specific product messaging with accuracy and professionalism
• Manage and document all outreach activities within CRM systems
• Generate and qualify leads; schedule follow-up calls as needed
• Provide product information and support to prospective and existing contacts
• Meet weekly/daily call activity and performance metrics
• Prepare outreach and performance reports for internal management
• Participate in coaching, quality reviews, and ongoing training sessions

• 1–3+ years of experience in inside sales, call center, customer engagement, or telemarketing
• Strong verbal communication and phone presence
• Ability to digest clinical or technical information and communicate it clearly
• Comfort working with CRM tools and remote communication platforms
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage high-volume outreach
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet performance goals in a remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience can substitute)

• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare sales support, or medical call center environments
• Tele-detailing or experience presenting product information to healthcare professionals
• Prior experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Quick-thinking, articulate, and highly polished communication skills

Compensation: $18 - $20/ Hr

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
