General Manager

As a General Manager
, you will lead your restaurant, mentor and develop team members, and ensure the store’s success. You will instill the Wendy’s culture and motivate the team to exceed customer expectations. You will have total operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant.

• Lead restaurant operations and financial performance, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Mentor and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service and food quality.
• Uphold Wendy’s culture, values, and customer experience expectations.
• Drive labor, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness benchmarks.
• Collaborate with district leadership to achieve store goals.

• Three years of experience working as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operations (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell, etc.).
• Strong background in restaurant operations with a track record of achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Passion for developing and leading teams and a commitment to excellence.

Compensation:
Wendy’s General Managers: $44,472 - $65,000 per year plus Profit Sharing.
