Quality Assurance Specialist
We are a Behavioral Health Services company looking to add an experienced, conscientious and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist. The successful candidate will assist with development and implementation of systems to meet the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) licensing standards and requirements, and assist in developing systems and monitoring programs to assure continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities- Complete audits in residential programs to ensure accuracy and compliance with DDD standards and regulations.
- Monitor fiscal, medical, and ISP documentation for accuracy.
- Assist the Director of Quality Assurance with new program development according to funding source guidelines and standards.
- Conduct training courses during new hire orientation.
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects to meet established timelines and maintain detail orientation.
- Work in both office and field environments, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Associate’s Degree in social sciences or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with DDD licensing regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
