Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise‑grade SharePoint solutions within a Financial Services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint Online / On‑Prem architecture, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, security & compliance frameworks, and financial regulatory standards. This role requires deep architectural vision, hands‑on implementation capability, and the ability to align collaboration platforms with regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements.
Required Qualifications- 8+ years of experience in SharePoint architecture and enterprise collaboration platforms
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience in Financial Services domain (Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Asset Management)
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks
- Experience with migration tools (Share Gate, Metalogix, etc.)
- Proficiency in Power Shell scripting
- Experience with Azure AD, security controls, and compliance center
- Microsoft certifications (MS-100, MS-101, SharePoint, Azure, Security certifications)
- Experience with Power Platform and SPFx development
- Knowledge of cloud security architecture
- Experience working in highly regulated environments
