Quality Assurance Specialist; DDD

Overview

We are a Behavioral Health Services company looking to add an experienced, conscientious and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist. The successful candidate will assist with development and implementation of systems to meet the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) licensing standards and requirements, and assist in developing systems and monitoring programs to assure continuous quality improvement. The candidate must be familiar with DDD licensing regulations.

• Complete audits in the residential programs to ensure accuracy and compliance with DDD standards and regulations, including monitoring of fiscal, medical and ISP documentation.
• Assist the Director of Quality Assurance with new program development according to funding source guidelines and standards.
• Conduct training courses during new hire orientation.
• Work on numerous simultaneous projects to meet established timelines; maintain attention to detail.
• Work both in the office and in the field.
• Pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Required education:
  Associates Degree in the social sciences or equivalent.
• Required experience:
  
  1 year.
