Retail Sales Lead

U Pull R Parts, a leading auto parts company in East Bethel is seeking dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as full-time Sales staff with a development path to become a Team Lead and key member of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

• Understanding and applying sales principles and customer service practices
• Communicating effectively with customers, peers, and management
• Maintaining a customer service focus and responding flexibly to the needs of the business
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Handling physical demands of the role, including moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing throughout the day, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing

• Proficiency in verbal and written English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative without direct supervision
• Enthusiasm, friendliness, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

The pay for this position ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
with bonus structure in place.
