Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Line Cook at Smokeys Pub n' Grill in East Bethel, MN. The Lead Line Cook will oversee daily food preparation, ensure quality and consistency in dishes, and manage kitchen operations during shifts. Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, cooking menu items to standard, maintaining cleanliness, overseeing kitchen staff, and ensuring food safety protocols. The Lead Line Cook will also collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficiency and contribute to menu development.
Qualifications- Proficiency in food preparation, knife skills, and cooking techniques
- Experience in kitchen management, supervising staff, and coordinating a team
- Knowledge of food safety standards and maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen
- Ability to manage inventory, organize supplies, and minimize food waste
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Prior experience as a line cook or similar culinary role
- Passion for high-quality food and customer satisfaction
- Culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus
