The Wesley Apartment Homes | Easley, SC 3 Conventional Communities | 208 Total UnitsThe Wesley, a well-maintained conventional multifamily portfolio in Easley, SC, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across three apartment communities totaling 208 units
. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for a proven supervisor who thrives in a fast‑paced, resident‑focused environment.
We are looking for a strong technical leader with at least one year of supervisory experience at a 200–250 unit multifamily property who can manage daily maintenance operations while mentoring a team.

- Minimum 1 year Maintenance Supervisor experience in multifamily housing
- HVAC experience required
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- CPO Certification required
- Strong knowledge of:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Appliance repair
- General apartment maintenance
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Reliable transportation and own basic tools
- Lead, train, and support maintenance staff
- Complete and oversee work orders and unit turns
- Respond to and manage emergency maintenance issues
- Coordinate vendors, inspections, and preventive maintenance
- Maintain inventory, supplies, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
- Maintain curb appeal and overall property condition
