Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with cross‑functional teams, helps educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively; develops interpersonal skills for customer service; flexible to business needs; tracks goods; maintains in‑stock levels; controls shrinkage.
  • Maintains in‑depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations; provides products to members by processing meat per specifications; ensures compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines; manages inventory; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment.
  • Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality; adapts new tools and encourages others to use them.
  • Drives business results; ensures commitment to operational excellence; plans for profitability; maintains work area per policies; ensures quality and standards for high‑volume meat products; eliminates waste; secures fragile and high‑shrink merchandise; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures proper packaging, labeling, and storage.
  • Acts as a talent ambassador; advocates for the department and club; values member experience; models high‑quality service; executes basics at the highest possible level; interacts with associates, understands roadblocks, and assists in training them to perform assigned duties.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, standards of ethics and integrity; implements action plans; uses the Open Door Policy; applies practices in executing business processes.
