Maintenance Associate responsibilities include maintaining safety and cleanliness of the Facility by following safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials properly, following Company procedures, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management. Clean all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment. Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with Company Environmental Sustainability Program.

Maintain appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate/store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies when low.

• Ensuring a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary
• Ensuring customers have a great first and last impression

• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management
• Cleans all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) per procedures and with approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment
• Operates within Company Environmental Sustainability Program when disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash

The hourly wage range is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
