The Store Manager is responsible for the complete operations, sales volume, and profitability of the total store. Provides leadership and supervision for the Assistant Manager and store personnel.

• Model and Drive Superior Service.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities. Follow-up on results. Provide direction and guidance.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with associates, customers, and corporate officials in person, by phone, or electronic communication.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Recruit, hire, and train new employees.
• Evaluate current employees’ performance; coach, provide feedback, development, and corrective action when needed.
• Execute door to floor standards as directed by upper management.
• Merchandise the sales floor; maintain standards for presentation, signage, and product lifecycle.
• Utilize company tools and metrics reports to deliver results.
• Partner with Loss Prevention to reduce loss.
• Motivate associates and maintain a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver results in all areas of the store.
• Assist team members in other areas as directed by district manager and upper management.

• Must have 4+ years of managing retail apparel, shoes, and home décor.
• Passion for superior service and helping others.
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Consistent and reliable
• Organization and time management skills required.
• Work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to bend, stoop and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.

4+ years of retail management/leadership

High School diploma or equivalent
