What You’ll Be Doing- Set up machine in accordance with setup matrix and best practice. Understands different settings and adjustments available on the hone machines.
- Able to set and adjust hone tooling to achieve quality parts.
- Understands basics of statistical process control and use of control limits.
- Comfortable using precision gage tools and measuring equipment.
- Responsible for visually inspecting equipment, completing oil checks, or other inspection methods.
- High School Education or GED.
- Must understand dimensional requirements and the importance of producing parts that meet specifications.
- Must have basic math skills with ability to calculate clearance in decimals.
