** is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina, and just 15 minutes from the Greenville metro. ** Responsibilities:
*** Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with facility menus and resident dietary needs.
* Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
* Coordinate with the Dietary Manager and Dietitian to accommodate
** therapeutic and texture-modified diets**.
* Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency in the kitchen.
* Demonstrate excellent time management and attention to detail during meal prep and service.
* Lead and collaborate with dietary team members to promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
* Contribute creativity and input for menu planning and special events.
* Fill in needed Dietary Aide hours as needed

* Qualifications:
**
* ** Culinary school education
** preferred.
* Minimum
** 5 years of professional cooking experience**, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or a high-volume kitchen.
* Strong knowledge of
** food safety and sanitation practices** (Serv Safe certification a plus).
* Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Team player with strong communication and leadership skills.
* Knowledge of
** therapeutic diets
** and dietary restrictions preferred.* **$16-18/ hr.**
* ** Full time position with a rotating weekend**
* ** Help with needed dietary aide hours as requested by facility
*** Next day pay (upon request)
