Area sales Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive regional sales growth and strengthen the brand presence across multiple product verticals. The role involves managing a team of sales professionals, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring achievement of revenue and service targets.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead and motivate a regional team of sales executives, setting clear performance goals and conducting regular reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, pipeline health, and market trends to adjust tactics.
• Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

• 10+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C environments;
  EdTech, automotive, or financial services preferred.
• B.E./B.Tech or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and achieving quota.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
