Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

A great opportunity has arisen for a Carpenter to join a Social Housing contractor on a long term temp ongoing basis paying £21.40 per hour CIS covering Ealing postcodes. The successful candidate will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van.

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri - 42.5 hours per week 8am til 17:00pm
Pay Rates:
Temp - £21.40ph (CIS)
Carpenter duties:

Carry out all carpentry repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids, and occupied.
Use of a PDA to manage and record daily work.
The Successful Carpenter / Multi Carpenter will be required to:

Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
Carry out works allocated by appointments
Have a valid UK Driving Licence
Hold a relevant trade qualification
