Qualified Electricians required for large housing maintenance specialist with ongoing work on a contract that has work on social housing properties in Ealing.

Due to the nature of the contract and where their properties are located, there will be some driving involved, but every effort is made to keep the electrician in one area each day. Suitable candidates must be competent with domestic electrical repairs and have excellent customer service skills. There are also opportunities for training and development.

Suitable Electricians must hold 18th edition, and ideally a level 3 or equivalent.. Electricians will need a clean or nearly clean driving licence and due to the nature of the work will be subject to a DBS check.

40 Hours per week
Hours 8AM to 5PM
Basic Salary 40k, typical earnings 45 to 50k
Working on reactive Day 2 Day team from a PDA Device
22 days Annual leave increasing to 1 day each year until 25 Days
Birthday Day off after 1 year
Van and Fuel Card Supplied
Weekend Out of Hours working available.
