Floor Layer
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £20.50 per hour (CIS – weekly pay)
Location: Ealing
Reporting To: Supervisor
Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided for business use
Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Floor Layer to join a leading national social housing contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long-term, stable work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities- Laying and finishing a range of floor coverings within occupied residential properties, including cap and cover, vinyl, and similar materials
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed time frames
- Working professionally and respectfully in tenants’ homes
- NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Floor Laying
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
