Carpenter Multi-Trader – Social Housing
Location: West London
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum
Benefits: Company van fuel card provided
Build Recruitment is looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join our team working on social housing properties in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out carpentry repairs and maintenance on social housing properties
- Undertake additional multi-trade tasks such as basic plumbing, tiling, and decorating
- Ensure all work meets health and safety standards
- Proven experience in carpentry and multi-trade work within social housing
- Relevant qualifications and certifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Competitive salary up to £38,000
