Location:

Covering KT & UB postcodes (Kingston, Uxbridge & surrounding areas).
Salary:
Up to £39,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus company van and fuel card.

Hours:

Full-time, permanent (Mon‑Fri 08:00 – 17:00).

Are you a skilled and versatile Multi Trade Operative looking for a secure, full‑time role with consistent local work? Join a respected social housing maintenance provider, where you will be responsible for delivering quality repairs and maintenance across tenanted properties.

• Carpentry
  :
  Hanging doors, fitting kitchens, repairing flooring, skirting, etc.
• Plumbing
  :
  Tap replacements, fixing leaks, installing bathroom fittings.
• Plastering & Decorating
  :
  Patching, full re‑skims, painting, and making good.
• Tiling & General Maintenance
  :
  Tiling and general maintenance tasks as required.
• Job Management
  :
  Logging jobs and updating progress via handheld PDA device.

• Previous experience as a Multi Trade Operative, Multi Trader, or Carpenter/Maintenance Operative.
• Skilled in at least two core trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating).
• Comfortable working in both occupied and void social housing properties.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
