Plumber Multi Trader – Social Housing
Location: West London
Salary: £38,000 per annum Company Van & Fuel Card
Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join a busy social housing repairs & maintenance contract covering West London
.
This is a long-term, stable position working on occupied and void properties, completing day-to-day maintenance and repair works.
The Role:- Carrying out plumbing repairs and installations
- Completing multi-trade tasks (basic carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, etc.)
- Working within social housing properties
- Delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service
- NVQ or City & Guilds in Plumbing
- Previous experience within social housing
- Ability to carry out multi-trade maintenance works
- Own tools required
- Full UK driving licence
- £38,000 salary
- Company van & fuel card
- Long-term, secure employment
