Location:
Greenford, Greater London
Salary: £29k Basic + Guarantee + Commission
OTE: £55k Year 1 | £75k+
Cameron James Professional Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker for a high-performing estate agency branch in Greenford offering excellent high earnings and strong lead generation.
Opportunity
* 8–10 leads per week
* Average property value £500k
* 30+ sales per month
* Full admin support

Role
Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice, manage client relationships, and maximise opportunities from leads and database to achieve strong high earnings.
Requirements
* CeMAP qualified
* Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker experience
* Strong sales ability
* Target-driven
* Excellent communication skills
Package
* Basic up to £29,000
* £1,000 pm guarantee
* OTE £55k+ Year 1
* £75k+ thereafter
* Uncapped commission
* Pension & benefits
