Join haart Estate Agents as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator and launch your property career with zero experience required. The Spicerhaart Training Academy offers comprehensive training, hands‑on experience and a clear pathway for progression.

About the role
  • £28,000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full‑time hours: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday‑Thursday, and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays

Training Program
  • Two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre: industry‑leading training through one‑to‑one and group sessions.
  • Purpose‑built learning facility in Colchester.
  • Fully‑paid hotel stay with meals throughout the training period.
Responsibilities
  • Market properties to prospective tenants.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies.
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door‑knocking and leaflet distribution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Continue training and development with support from a mentor.

Prerequisites
  • Access to a vehicle less than 10 years old.
  • Full UK driving licence for manual or automatic vehicles.
  • Proof of business insurance for the vehicle before starting.
  • Reimbursement clause – if you leave within 12 months, you may need to repay training costs.
