Gas Service & Repair Engineer PAYE
One of our leading social housing clients is currently looking for an experienced Service & Breakdown Engineer to cover Northolt (HA & UB postcodes).
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be :- Service domestic gas appliances and boilers
- Working within void and occupied properties
- Maintain and monitor the supply, stock, and use of materials
- Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to promptly resolve any property-related issues
- Report any non-compliance or process failures to management
- Previous experience as a gas engineer (minimum of 5 years)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Essential qualifications: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1 and CENWAT
- Experience in social housing (minimum of 3 years)
- Company van and fuel card
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays on top
