Recruitment Consultant – Civil Engineering & Infrastructure – West London

Established Civil Engineering and Infrastructure recruitment agency is seeking a Consultant with experience in the white-collar construction sector to manage a desk focused on the supply of Engineers for key Civil Engineering projects within the Rail and Highways sectors.

Established in the 60, s they have been supplying people, projects, and services for major UK rail and construction projects in both industries for over 30 years.

This is an exceptional opening for an experienced Consultant to take advantage of key client accounts that includes Balfour Beatty, Morgan Sindall, Vinci, BAM Nuthall, and Costain amongst other to build a profitable desk.

Essentially, they are seeking an experienced consultant with excellent candidate attraction and account management skills.

Salary £25,000 to £40,000 (DOE), Commission Structure to 30% (no threshold), Car Allowance, 25 days holiday. Pay rises based on billing performance. Grown-up environment without restrictive KPIs.

Established in the 1960s – 70 million turn-over. As well as being one of the largest skilled labour and staff suppliers to the UK’s construction and rail companies, we also undertake rail and construction contracts. We operate in all types of civil engineering environments including roads and bridges, airports, nuclear facilities, utilities, mainline and underground rail.
