SEN Teaching Assistant (Primary School)

Pay: £88-£100 per day

Reeson Education is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child with Autism in Key Stage 2 at a welcoming primary school in Ealing. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child's education and development.

Your Role:

Provide dedicated one-to-one support to a child with Autism

Encourage engagement, confidence, and social interaction

Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement tailored learning strategies

Foster a nurturing and structured learning environment

Liaise with families and professionals to support the child's progress

What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children with Autism (preferred but not essential)

Team Teach training is beneficial but not required

Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach

Ability to work well within a team

Passion for inclusive education
