The Role
As the Year 3 Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Maintain firm but fair behaviour management and consistent routines
Create a positive, inclusive, and purposeful classroom environment
Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet diverse needs
Work closely with KS2 colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
Strong classroom management and organisation skills
High expectations for pupil progress, behaviour, and engagement
