Are you a passionate Year 4 teacher looking to genuinely make a difference in a supportive primary school? We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic teacher to join our team on a long-term basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who thrives on creating a positive, structured learning environment and who has excellent behaviour management skills. You will play a key role in supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally, helping them reach their full potential.

• Be a qualified teacher (QTS)
• Have proven strong behaviour management skills
• Be committed to high expectations for learning and behaviour
• Be enthusiastic, resilient, and keen to make a real impact
• Work effectively as part of a supportive staff team

• Experience as a teacher or confident ECT with strong classroom presence and a passion for teaching Key Stage 2.

• Paid to scale from day one
