• Teach Design & Technology across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
• Support ECTs with a 1:1 mentorship and bespoke development designed for the school.
• Contribute to professional development and growth initiatives within the department.
• Maintain high standards of teaching and learning with a focus on student progress.

• Based in the London Borough of Hillingdon.
• Graded OFSTED  Good with outstanding .
• Impressive facilities with a light and airy, modern environment.
• Strong progress and attainment metrics.
• Impeccable behaviour across the school.
• On-site parking.

• Must have UK QTS (candidates without UK QTS will not be considered).
• Strong academics across the board.
• Demonstrates meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a Good or Outstanding level.
• Strong communication skills.

• MPS1–UPS3 + TLRs (size depending on experience).
• Starting in Sept 2025 – permanent – full time.
• Salary and progression aligned with the school’s pay scale.
