Teaching Assistant - Classroom Support (Ealing Secondary School)

Pay: £90 - £100 per day

Full Academic Year (September 2025 - July 2026)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general classroom support across a variety of subjects
Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management
Work 1:1 or in small groups with students to enhance learning outcomes
Support students with a range of academic needs
Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will:

Have experience working with secondary-aged students
Be confident supporting learning across the curriculum
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
Be dependable, flexible, and responsive to classroom dynamics
Be available full-time from September 2025
