Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join a supportive primary school in Acton, London Borough of Ealing, to work with children in the Reception class. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the early development of young learners.

About the Role

Full-time position supporting children in the Reception class

Long-term contract for the remainder of the academic year

Deliver engaging learning activities in line with the EYFS curriculum

Support children's social, emotional, and academic development

Work closely with the class teacher and wider staff team to ensure a positive and nurturing environment

About You

Qualified in Early Years (e.g., Level 3 or above)

Experience working with the EYFS curriculum

Passionate about supporting young children's learning and development

Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills

Committed to inclusion, safeguarding, and creating a nurturing environment
