Overview
This leading residential developer has a major new scheme in West London, of just over 140 units. The scheme is a traditional build of a private and shared ownership to be completed within the next 12 months. They are looking for an Site Manager to help complete the development.
Responsibilities- Report to the lead project manager on site and manage the project from 1st fix to completion.
- Must hold all the required tickets: SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card.
- Demonstrable solid career history within the residential sector.
