Licensed Practical Nurse - full time weekend. This full-time LPN position allows autonomy in your practice to provide one-on-one care that focuses on comfort and quality of life at the end of life, with weekend coverage Saturday 8:00 am to Monday 8:00 am and occasional Friday evening coverage for PTO gaps.

• Perform clinical services within the LPN scope of practice for hospice patients.
• Work independently with the support of an experienced team.
• Respond to after-hours calls for PRN medications or other hospice needs, including but not limited to discussing and explaining patient prognosis and providing education to patient families about the disease process, hospice philosophy, nutrition, medications, and skin care.

• LPN license in good standing with the state of employment
• CPR certification (will provide if needed)
• Valid Driver's License
