On behalf of a premier, full-service law firm with a 35-year legacy in Idaho, I am seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their team. This firm is known for providing sophisticated legal counsel and deep-rooted stability, making it an ideal home for an attorney looking to build a long-term career in a collaborative environment.

The Opportunity

This role focuses on Real Estate, Civil Litigation, and Business Transactions. You will handle a diverse caseload, including covenant enforcement, and will be expected to provide high-level, personalized service to a sophisticated client base.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience:
  
  3+ years of practice as an attorney, with specific experience in real estate and civil litigation.
• Skill Set:
  Exceptional drafting and legal research skills are required.
• Management:
  Proven ability to prioritize multiple matters and delegate work effectively.
• Mindset:
  Client-focused with a knack for solving complex problems. You should be a self-motivated leader who enjoys being a high-value team member.
• Bonus: A portable book of business is highly valued but not a requirement for the role.

Compensation & Benefits

The firm provides a competitive environment for professional growth and a robust package:

• Salary: $80,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year (commensurate with experience).
