Role: Phlebotomist I
Location: Eagle,
Payrate: $17.50/hr - $20.50/hr on W2
Shift time: Day Shift, Monday Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mountain Time)

Serves as the patient-facing representative responsible for drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing while ensuring patient comfort, accuracy, and confidentiality. Performs clinical and forensic specimen collection, maintains records, and supports a safe, professional environment under supervisor direction. Demonstrates leadership behaviors and process excellence in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications & Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy Certification Preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
- Minimum of 6 months phlebotomy experience required; 1+ years preferred.
- Customer Service Experience Preferred.
- Keyboard/data entry experience required.
- Flexible availability for staffing needs including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
