This is a full-time, on-site Barber role located in Eagle,  Barber will provide professional grooming services such as haircuts, beard grooming, and traditional barbering techniques. Day-to-day tasks will include consulting with clients to understand their styling preferences, maintaining a clean and hygienic workstation, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. Barbers will also stay updated on industry trends and participate in Redlan’s training and development opportunities.

• Proficiency in Hair Cutting, Hair Styling, and overall Hair Care techniques
• Barbering expertise and knowledge of traditional and modern barbering methods
• Strong skills in Cosmetology and understanding grooming trends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Active barber or cosmetology license, as required by Idaho state law
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on professionalism and continuous learning
• Prior experience in a professional barbershop or salon is preferred
