As a Mortgage Loan Partner / Loan Officer Assistant you will own the day-to-day execution of the loan process for a high-volume pipeline.
Your mission is to manage loans from application through closing while delivering a clear, enjoyable, and organized client experience. You’ll work closely with a dedicated processor and serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, Realtors, and industry partners.
What You’ll Do- Manage accounts with the help of our CRM tool to ensure that files keep moving through the pipeline
- Take accurate and complete mortgage loan applications in Encompass (training provided if needed)
- Learn and apply income calculation concepts for hourly, salaried, variable, and self-employed borrowers
- Become proficient in mortgage guidelines and regulations applying them to the applicants specific needs and goals
- Own loan files from application through closing ensuring timelines and documentation stay on track
- Confidently communicate with clients, Realtors, processors, and title partners - handle questions, concerns and objections with professionalism and friendliness
- Anticipate issues and address them early before they become problems
- Maintain organized detailed files and follow established processes consistently
- Files move forward smoothly without last-minute fire drills
- Clients and referral partners feel informed, supported, and confident
- Communication is proactive, clear, and timely especially when challenges arise
- Deadlines are consistently met or exceeded
- You are trusted to own your responsibilities without reminders

We are open to:
- Candidates currently working as a Loan Partner, Loan Officer Assistant, or in mortgage operations who are seeking advancement
- Candidates new to mortgage lending who have proven experience learning a new industry, systems, terminology, or domain quickly and becoming a trusted contributor
Mortgage experience is helpful but not required. Aptitude, accountability, grit, and coachability matter more.
This is not an entry-level mindset role even if you are new to the mortgage industry.
