Customer Service & Community Engagement

We’re hiring a Customer Service & Community Engagement Manager to support our growing brand and passionate customer base. This role combines hands‑on customer support with sponsorship coordination and social media engagement.

• Respond to customer inquiries (email, chat, social)
• Resolve issues, returns, and warranty claims
• Maintain fast, professional communication
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements

• Review and approve racer sponsorship applications
• Communicate with sponsored partners
• Track agreements and maintain relationships

• Monitor and respond to comments and DMs
• Coordinate user-generated content
• Assist with additional projects and team support as needed

• 2+ years customer service or community management experience
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, and social platforms
• Motorsports or enthusiast industry experience preferred

• Shopify, Gorgias, or CRM experience
• Basic content creation skills
