Express Employment is seeking a customer service representative for an online retailer of precious metals. Company has had lots of success and growth. Join an amazing team!

• Managing large volume of incoming telephone calls
• Identifying and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Building relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Providing accurate and complete information to the customer
• Handling customer complaints, providing solutions and following up to ensure resolution
• Keeping records of customer interaction
• Providing excellent customer service and going the extra mile for customers

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• A track record of managing details and a problem solving mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet critical deadlines, and work through constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• A passion for providing great customer service
• Ability to work well as part of a team and be excited to help customers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Patient, empathetic, and communicative
• Comfort using technology, including web-based applications and high-end office equipment
• Any call center experience is a plus

• The office is open Monday-Friday, 6:30am-5:30pm, and Saturday, 7:30am-3:30pm, so your schedule will fall within these hours, most likely Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm with an occasional Saturday
• Must be willing to undergo a background and credit check
• Position is temp to hire
• Pay rate is $20-21/hr doe
