Physical Therapist PRN

Join Pro Rehab, an established Therapy company with over 35 years of successful business. We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join the team at Castle Peak, a Cassia community, in Eagle, CO!

Position Type: PRN

Starting Pay: $60 / hour

Location: 195 Freestone Road, Eagle, Colorado 81631

• Assess & Diagnose:
  Evaluate patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans:
  Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient
• Provide Hands-on Therapy:
  Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed
• Educate & Support Patients:
  Provide patient, caregiver, staff education as deemed clinically necessary such as but not limited to: pain management techniques and fall risk safety. Teach patients and families about exercises, injury prevention, and pain management techniques
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans:
  Track patient outcomes, document progress, and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams:
  Work with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree
• Must possess a current accredited CO Physical Therapist License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
