Controller / Office Manager - Trinity Recycling

Trinity Recycling is looking for a Controller/Office Manager. Pay Rate: $85,000 to $105,000 per year.

• B.S. in accounting
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting
• Working knowledge of manual and automated accounting systems and processes
• Strong knowledge of Quickbooks
• Sound verbal, written, interpersonal, and listening skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Extreme attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Highly organized
• Advanced computer spreadsheet and word processing skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Maintain fixed asset schedules
• Accounts Payable and Payroll administration
• Oversee and implement internal controls
• Benefits / HR / Payroll administration
• Ensure monthly forecast is being met and assist with forecast as needed
• Manage Insurance Compliance by Division and report monthly
• Ensure Physical Inventory Count is entered into accounting system
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Investigate and resolve computer problems
• Balance billings and invoices
• Prepare annual budgets
• Assist with internal cash and accounting audits
• Loan amortization schedules
• Manage credit card transaction reconciliations
• Secretary of State filings
• Assist in completion of special projects
